When contracting to do a show, these factors are taken into consideration when determining the price: 

  • How far will the band have to travel?  
  • Will there be overnight expenses involved?  
  • Length of engagement?   How many sets of on stage entertainment will be needed?  
  • Is the function for a charity, fair, festival, concert or private party?  
  • Will the band be furnishing sound for the appearance ( and possibly other acts), etc.?  
  • Can you book the band in more than one venue when in your area? 
  • How frequently can the band be booked back?

We consider all of these items when quoting prices for appearances.
